When i was in Houston, Texas from 2002 to 2006 , not only i continue practicing my chinese cooking skills, but i also learn southern style cooking as well. And this is one of them, that i would like to share with you. Usually we pair this with ice cold Corona beer ( made in Mexico ) but it is also an excellent choice for lunch and diner. Happy Cooking .
