Speculoos Cookies Ice Cream
This simple 4 ingredient ice cream will put a smile on your face! Because the only thong better than Ice cream - is an ice cream recipe that has Speculoos cookie butter in it.

Ingredients:
1/3 cup (75 mL) 35% cream
1/3 cup (75 mL) milk
1 egg
3 Tbsp (45 mL) Speculoos cookie butter

Method:
Combine all ingredients in a 2 cup measuring cup.
Whisk really well by doing the ‘Firestarter’… The cream will ‘whip’ a little bit and become frothy.
Place into your ice cream maker and freeze according to their instructions.

**If raw eggs freak you out... then don't use it. However the texture of the ice cream will suffer, and it won't be as good.

Makes 2 servings.
