Ingredients for chicken chunks:
Chicken cubes 1 cup
Salt to taste
Black pepper 1 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Flour as required (for crumbing)
Egg beaten (for crumbing)
Bread crumbs (for crumbing)
Oil for frying
Ingredients for spaghetti pie:
Spaghetti 1 pack
Salt to taste
Oil 2 tbsp
Water as required
Egg 1
Parmesan powder 5 tbsp

Assembling:
Pizza sauce as required
Mozzarella cheese as required
Directions for chicken chunks:
In a bowl add chicken cubes, salt, black pepper, lemon juice and marinate it for 10 minutes.
Coat your marinated chicken chunks firstly in flour, then in egg and lastly coat in bread crumbs.
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry your chicken chunks until light golden brown. Set aside.
Directions for spaghetti pie:
In a pan simmer water; add salt, oil and spaghetti in it. Boil until spaghetti is 80% done. Strain and set aside.
Then in boiled spaghetti add egg and parmesan and give it a good mix.
Now in your baking dish add spaghetti and set it in base giving a tart like shape.
Then bake it in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Remove from oven and set aside.
Assembling:
In your baked spaghetti pie spread pizza sauce evenly then tops it with cheese.
Place fried chicken chunks on top and sprinkle some more cheese on top.
Bake in a preheated oven until cheese melts completely.
Your spaghetti pie is ready. Cut in to slices and serve.

Cooking time: 35-40 minutes
