Ingredients:
Soya Chunks 2 bowls
Capsicum's 2(Chopped)
Onions 3-4
Tomatoes 3-4
Ginger ( Chopped) 1 tbsp
Garlic ( Chopped) 1 tbsp
Tomato sauce 2 tbsp
Soya Sauce 2 tbsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Black Pepper 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tbsp
Garam Masala 1 tbsp

For Marination:
Curd 3-4 tbsp
Corn Flour 3-4 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tbsp
Black Pepper 1 tsp
Red Chili 1 tsp
Coriander Powder 1 tsp
Oil for fry
