Let us learn to make Soya Chunks Pulao with chef Ruchi Bharani only on Rajshri Food.Ingredients1 Cup of Soya ChunksWhole Spices1 Tbsp of Cumin Seeds1 Sliced Onion1 Tbsp of Grated Ginger1 Slit Green Chilly1 Tomato Finely Chopped1/2 Cup of French Beans1 Chopped Carrot 1 Cup of Soaked Rice1/2 tsp of Garam Masala Powder1/4 tsp of Red Chilly Powder1/2 tsp of Coriander and Cumin seeds PowderSalt to Taste2 Tbsp of YogurtMethod-Take some Hot Water in a bowl and add salt. Take 1 Cup of Soya Chunks and Soak it in the hot water for 15 minutes.-In a cooker heat 1 and 1/2 Tbsp of Oil and add whole spices.( Bay Leaf, Cinamon sticks, Cloves and Cardamom )-Add 1 Tbsp of Cumin seeds and one sliced Onion. Once the onion changes its colour add one Tbsp of grated Ginger, one slit green chilly, One tomato deseeded and finely chopped, half a cup of chopped French Beans, one chopped Carrot.-Add 1 cup of Soaked rice and 1/2 tsp of Garam Masala, 1/4 tsp of red Chilly powder, 1/2 tsp of coriander seeds and Cumin seeds powder, Salt to taste. Mix it well-Add 2 Tbsp of Yougurt and mix it. Now add soaked Soya Chunks.-Add Coriander leaves and add 2 cups of water. Cover it and cook for 15 minutes.-Delicious Soya Pulao is ready to serve.
