Ingredients:
Rasam:
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp White Lentils (Urad Dal)
- 1/2 Ginger Paste
- 3 Tomatoes (chopped)
- 2 tbsp Rasam Masala
- 1/2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
- 3 tbsp Tamarind Juice
- 2 tbsp Jaggery
- Salt
- 2 tbsp Spilt Pigoen Peas (cooked)
- 8-10 Curry Leaves
- 3 cups Water

Tempering/Tadka:
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Mustard Seeds
- 2 Boriya Red Dry Chillies
- 10-12 Curry Leaves
- 1/2 tsp Asafoetida

Vada:
- Urad Dal Bater
- 1/2 cup grated Coconut
- 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves (chopped)
- Salt
- 1 tsp Ginger & Chilli Paste
