Smoked Sausage over Rice ( western style cooking ) | HAPPY WOK

I would like to share this cooking that I have learn from my daughter cooking. She is a 2nd generation chinese young adult, that learn the western way. Looks good and also delicious. Like all in one cooking. Enjoy. Below are the list of those ingredients. Again, thru the courtesy of Mr. Michael Taylor. Who helps type those for me. 8 oz. ----- smoked sausages (sliced diagonally) ⅛ cup -- olive oil 4 cloves --- garlic (crushed very flat only) 1 Whole --- red bell pepper (slices) one-half --- yellow onion (slices) 6 oz. ------- broccoli crown ¾ cup ----- chicken broth 8 oz. ------ tomato sauce (one small can) 3 cups ---- cooked steamed rice (use brown rice) ½ cup ---- mozzarella cheese (shredded)
