Heat oil in a deep-frying pan over low heat. Add onions and cook until light golden, add pinch of salt and cook until onion are soft and tender on low flame. 2. Add sugar, vinegar and cook for another 5 mins or until sugar has dissolved. Take off flame and set aside.Directions for Beef Patty Preparation:1. In a bowl add salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, coriander powder, paprika powder, Worcestershire sauce, milk and mix well. Now add beef and bread crumbs and mix well. Refrigerate for 1 hour.2. Now take some beef mince in your hand form flat round disc shape patty. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Heat butter in a pan and fry the prepared beef patties until fully cooked. 3. In the same butter fry egg, place cheese slice on top, then place burger patty, top it again with cheese slice and take off flame.4.
