Ingredients for Caramalized Onion:
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Onion rings 1 cup
Salt a pinch
Brown sugar 2 tbsp
Balsamic vinegar 1 tbsp

Ingredients for Beef Patty:
Beef mince 1 kg
Salt to taste
Egg 1
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Onion powder 1 tsp
Coriander crushed 2 tsp
Paprika powder 1/2 tsp
Bread crumbs 1/2 cup
Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp
Milk 2 tbsp
Egg 1
Butter (for frying) 1/4 cup

Ingredients for Assembling:
Beef Patty 1
Egg 1
Cheddar cheese slices 2
Caramelized onion as required
Mayonnaise as required
Hot sauce as required
Burger buns 1

Directions for Caramalized Onion:
1. Heat oil in a deep-frying pan over low heat. Add onions and cook until light golden, add pinch of salt and cook until onion are soft and tender on low flame.
2. Add sugar, vinegar and cook for another 5 mins or until sugar has dissolved. Take off flame and set aside.
Directions for Beef Patty Preparation:
1. In a bowl add salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, coriander powder, paprika powder, Worcestershire sauce, milk and mix well. Now add beef and bread crumbs and mix well. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
2. Now take some beef mince in your hand form flat round disc shape patty. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Heat butter in a pan and fry the prepared beef patties until fully cooked.
3. In the same butter fry egg, place cheese slice on top, then place burger patty, top it again with cheese slice and take off flame.
4. Toast the burger puns, spread mayo on them, top with caramelized onion. Place the fried egg, cheese and patty on top. Top with hot sauce and place the top half of bun. Serve hot.

Cooking time: 40 mins
