Xing Xing Ondeh Ondeh & Tapioca Cake is a traditional snacks family business that has been in operation for more than 50 years. Currently operated by the second generation - a cheerful, fun-loving couple, their desserts never fail to bring smiles to customers.

Preparations start as early as 4am for them. After ending their business at around noon, they proceed to prepare the ingredients for the next day, all the way till evening.

On this trip to Xing Xing, we documented some of their processes in making snacks like their signature Ondeh Ondeh which we so love, and got to learn how they progressed along the way, as well as some of the challenges they faced during their work.

Xing Xing offers a wide variety of snacks - Ondeh Ondeh, Steamed and Baked Tapioca Cakes, Kueh Kosui, and many other traditional kueh.

Their snacks make you yearn for more. Just once wont be enough to satisfy! They are indeed, made with love.
