The friendly Gan brother and sister duo have been offering their Teochew kuehs for over 30 years. They offer a good variety - Soon Kueh, Ku Cai (Chives) Kueh, Yam Kueh, Rice Kueh, and more. At 1am, vegetables are hand cut, kueh fillings are freshly prepared and kueh skin hand-kneaded.

Their peached-shaped Shuke Kueh () is a must-try. Cudweed () infused in the kueh skin gives a unique blackish-green, and gives the delight a distinct herbaceous fragrance. The kueh has sweetened mung bean paste filling, wrapped with a thin layer of skin that is soft yet chewy.

Other than their kuehs, their soft yam and pumpkin cakes packed with ingredients are definitely worth highlighting as well!

The inconspicuous, humble stall, tucked away in a corner of the food centre, is an underrated gem!
