Hi everyone, I made this video, Singapore FishBall Noodle Ah Tee Ko Ko Mee Jalan Berseh because the noodle is delicious.
Hi everyone, Welcome to Lisa and Tricia Singapore Foodie TV. We are back at Jalan Bersa. Ah Tee Ko Ko Mee is at the same coffee shop as the famous Sungei road Laksa. It is 5 mins walk from Jalan Bersa MRT station. Why is it known as Ko Ko Mee? In the past, the hawkers with their pushcarts will use 2 bamboo sticks and knock against each other to produce the koko sound to inform people that they are here to sell noodles. Ah Tee means little brother.
I came at about 12.30pm. And I ordered the big bowl of Fishball Noodle. I realised I was the 2nd last customer of the day. All the ingredients were already sold out on 12.40pm.The stall opened on 5.30am. You can see how popular this noodle is. However, The Jalan Berseh Hawker Centre was closed this afternoon. For the price of $4, we have 7 fishballs and lots of noodles. The noodles is soaked with the sauce. The fishball are normal but the mee pok and the sauce blends well together. Not too wet or too blend. These Ah Tee Ko Ko mee has 2 stalls, one stall here and another one in Amoy Street Food centre.
