Simple African donuts (Puff Puff) VS. Banana Donuts (Claclo)

This is the easiest way to make African donuts aka puff puff or bofloto with another way of making them with Bananas.

In a deep or large bowl: Im going to add
250 g of flour with 120 g of sugar and a pinch of salt
Then, Im going to add 10 g of active dry yeast
Im going to parfum my donuts with vanilla extract, you can use what you want.
Now, Im going to mix everything together with 200 ml of water. You can use a whisk if you like but I prefer to use my clean hands.
When its well mixed, set aside and let the dough rise for 1 h
Now For my banana donuts:
Im going to use mash 4 overripe bananas; you can also used banana plantains if you like.
To that, Im going to add one egg and mix
Then add between 50 to 80 g of sugar to your own taste.
I like to add some milk in my dough but it is totally optional.
At the end add : 150 g of flour with 5 g of active dry yeast.
Mix well with a whisk or with your clean hands.
Let that dough rise for 1h too.
Now that my 2 doughs have rise well, Im going to head some oil and deep fry my donuts
Guys, if you dont trust using your hand for this please use a deep spoon.
For me, Im more comfortable with my hands
Deep fry both dough until golden brown, remove and enjoy!
