An easy peasy pasta dish that's simple, flavorful and incredibly hearty. And all you need is couple of minutes min to whip this up!

SHRIMP LINGUINE

Ingredients

1 cup shrimps, shelled and deveined
200 grams spaghetti, boiled
1 tablespoon oil
1½ tablespoons minced garlic
1 teaspoon red chilli flakes
1 medium onion, finely chopped
Salt to taste
1½ tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 cup pasta water
2 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons parmesan cheese powder
Fresh parsley sprig for garnishing

Method

Heat oil in a large nonstick pan. Add garlic, chilli flakes and onion and sauté till onions turn translucent.
Add salt, 1 tablespoon parsley and shrimps, mix well and cook till the shrimps are well done.
Add pasta water, butter and parmesan cheese powder and mix well. Add spaghetti and toss.
Add remaining parsley and adjust salt.
Garnish with a parsley sprig and serve hot.
