Prepare Dulce de Leche:-In pressure cooker,add water and condensed milk tin,cover and cook on medium flame for 30 minutes & let it cool down (making sure the water level is at least 2 inches above the can) Or In pot,add water and condensed milk tin,cover and cook on medium flame for 3 hours & let it cool down.-Can be store in air tight container for up to 1 month in refrigerator or use directly. -Add dulce de leche on flat sides of cookies and top with remaining cookies,flat-side down to form sandwich cookies.Recipe in Urdu:Ajza:Prepare Shortbread Cookies:-Makhan (Butter) salted 200 gms (room temperature) -Icing sugar ½ Cup-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 2 & ½ Cups-Vanilla essence 1 & ½ tspPrepare Dulce de Leche:-Pani (Water) -Condensed milk 1 tin (397 gms) Directions:Prepare Shortbread Cookies:-Chopper mein makhan aur icing sugar dal ker ache tarhan chop ker lein.-Maida aur vanilla essence dal dein aur crumbled hunay tak chop ker lein & side per rakh dein.-Working surface per crumbled mixture dal dein aur ghond ker smooth tayyar ker lein.-Working surface per cling film rakh ker tayyar dough rakh dein aur rolling pin ki madad sa flat ker lein aur wrap ker ka 30 minutes kliya refrigerator ker lein.-Maida chirak dein aur rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein aur cookie cutter ki madad sa desired shape mein cut ker lein.-Baking tray ko oil sa grease karein aur cookies rakh dein.-Preheated oven mein 180 C per 15 minutes kliya bake ker lein.-Thanda ker lein.Prepare Dulce de Leche:-Pressure cooker mein pani aur condensed milk tin dal ker dhak dein aur 30 minutes kliya darmiyani ancch per paka lein & thanda ker lein (is baat ka khayal rakhdein ka pani ka level can sa 2 inches upper ho) ya pot mein pani aur condensed milk tin dal dhak dein aur 3 hours kliya darmiyani ancch per paka lein & thanda ker lein.-Air tight container mein dal ker 1 month tak refrigerator mein store ker saktay han ya directly use ker lein.-Cookies ki flat sides per dulce de leche laga lein aur upper dosra cookie rakh ker sandwich cookies tayyar ker lein.
