2 Tbs. rice wine for drizzle
3 cups chicken broth
2 Tbs. light soy sauce
2 Tbs. Chinkiang vinegar
1 tsp. dark soy sauce
3 Tbs. rock sugar
1 tsp. whole cloves
3 pcs. star anise
1 pc. cinnamon bark
3 pc. cardamon seeds
3 stalks green onions, chopped in 2-inch lengths
