Ingredients:
- 2 unripe Nendran Bananas
- Coconut Oil for deep frying
- ¾ cup Jaggery, chopped
- ¼ cup Water
- 1 tsp Cardamom Powder
- 1 tbsp Dried Ginger Powder
- ½ tbsp Cumin Seed Powder
- 2 tbsp Caster/Powdered Sugar
- 2 tbsp Roasted Rice Flour

Method:
1. In a kadhai, heat oil for deep frying.
2. Chop the bananas as shown in the video and deep fry on a medium flame till golden brown in colour and crisp.
3. In a deep kadhai, dissolve jaggery.
4. Bring to a boil and cook till you get 1 string consistency.
5. At this stage, add the fried bananas and keep stirring.
6. When it is well coated and sticky, switch off the flame and add the spice powders. Mix well.
7. Add sugar and rice flour, little by little, till the chips start to dry out.
8. Serve/Store in an air tight container.
