Sesame Bagel Pastry Turkish Style

4 1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup of vegetable oil
1 cup of warm milk
1 cup warm water
2 tbsp sugar
1 pack of dry yeast 10 g
1/2 tbsp Salt
1/2 cup butter
3 tbsp molasses and 3 tbsp water will be mixed

I put flour in a large bowl. I add salt and mix.
I also add the yeast and put the sugar right on it.
Now I'm putting in some warm water. I also add warm milk.
I put a tablespoon of butter.
I start to knead the dough by adding the vegetable oil.

I kneaded a soft dough. I cover it with stretch film.
Now I leave to rest in a warm room for about 35 - 40 minutes.
The dough is ready, first of all, I get the air out of it.

Then I take small pieces and place them on the tray and leave them covered for 10 minutes to ferment.
I'm starting to open the fermented pieces one by one.
I roll it with my hand and put the cheddar cheese in the middle and close it.
I roll it in my hand and dip it first in molasses and then in sesame.
Then I close it well and place it on my tray.

You can fill it as you wish, and you can use a different cheese instead of cheddar cheese.
After I fill it, I add a piece of butter.
After I put it on the tray, I press it lightly.

I make a scratch with a knife like this.
I leave it to ferment for a while.

I bake it in a preheated 180-degree oven.
