Senegalese rice Thiep Dien made easy - Riz Gras - Jollof Rice

Recipe:
2.5 kg of rice use broken jasmine rice, the choice of your rice is very important so choose the best
1 Kg of fish of your choice
250 g of tomato paste
1 green bell pepper
4 fresh tomatoes
2 onions, you can also add green onions
1 head of garlic
Parsley and basil leave,
Few hot peppers or to your taste
For the vegetable: choice what you like, I have here:
Potatoes, sweet potatoes, cabbage, carrots, green beans
For the spices: Im going to add:
Black pepper, ginger, curry powder, paprika, chili powder, bay leaves, dry thyme and rosemary leaves, soumbara powder if you have and any bouillon cube or seasonings you like.
You also need 500 ml of oil

For the sorrel sauce:
We need: sorrel leaves, fresh okras and hot pepper
Tieboudienne, Tchep Senegalese, Senegalese Jollof rice
