Learn how to make this simple and easy to make quick homemade biscuits.Ingredients:Semolina Biscuits1/2 cup flour1/2 cup suji (semolina)1/2 cup castor sugar1/2 cup butter - chilledtopping2 tbsp apricot jam -softened with water2-3 almonds, shreddedMethod:-Take a four inch aluminium dish. Take a foil paper and butter it. Leave the edges high. -Take quarter cup of flour, quarter cup of semolina (suji), quater cup of castor sugar and mix it all together.-Add quarter cup of butter to this mixture to make it crisp. Now gently knead it to make a dough. - Now break the dough and put it in the aluminium tray and press it down gently. The dough should be right up-to the edge and evenly spread.- Add two tablespoons of marmalade and gently spread it all around.-Now take some more dough and form a ball gently and press it down. - Spread it with your fingers and cover it over the marmalade.- Garnish it with finely cut or shredded almonds,- Keep to cool in teh refrigerator.-Then bake it at 120 C – 150 C degrees for about 20 to 30 minutes.-You can now serve it whole or cut it into pieces.
