Chocolate Self Saucing Pudding is a classic dessert that magically transforms into a moist and gooey delight.

SELF SAUCING CHOCOLATE PUDDING

Ingredients
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
125 grams refined flour (maida)
60 grams butter, melted
125 grams castor sugar
2 eggs
75 ml milk
Sauce
75 grams brown sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa powder

Method

Preheat oven to 180̊ C.
Take butter in a bowl. Add castor sugar and eggs and whisk. Add cocoa powder and flour and whisk. Add milk and whisk well to make a smooth batter.
Pour the batter into individual ramekin bowls filling ¾ of it.
To prepare sauce, heat 250 ml water in a small deep non-stick pan. Add brown sugar and cocoa powder, whisk and simmer till the sugar melts.
Pour some sauce in the prepared bowls and place on a baking tray.
Put the tray into the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes.
Serve hot.
