Sautéed Shishito Peppers | Graces Japanese Cooking

A summer favorite!

Ingredients:

1/4 lb shishito peppers (11-15 count)
salt
pepper
oil

1. Wash and dry shishito peppers.
2. Heat pan to med-high heat.
3. Add oil.
4. Add shishito peppers to the pan.
5. Wait until the peppers start to blister.
6. Turn frequently to blister all sides.
7. Salt and pepper.
8. Turn off heat.
9. Plate and Enjoy!
