*Marinade*
1 Tbs. rice wine
1 Tbs. corn starch
1 tsp. salt
as needed: corn starch to coat blanched squids
as needed: cooking oil for deep frying
For stir fry:
2 Tbs. cooking oil
2 Tbs. garlic, minced
2 Tbs. green onion, chopped
3 pc. dried red chili, deseeded & chopped
1 Tbs. rice wine for drizzling
a dash each: salt, black pepper, and five-spice powder
