This recipe has methods to bake or deep fry. #HappyCookingToYou #FoodFusion #PakolaFullCreamMilk Written Recipe: https://bit.ly/3sbqXp2Russian Pirozkhi with Meat & Cheese FillingRecipe in English:Ingredients:Prepare Dough:-Pakola Full Cream Milk lukewarm 1 Cup-Khameer (Instant yeast) 1 & tbs-Sugar 1 tbs-Anday ki zardi (Egg yolks) 2-Makhan (Butter) melted Cup-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 3 Cups-Namak (Salt) 1 & tsp-Water 2-3 tbs or as required-Cooking oil 1 tspPrepare Beef & Cheese Filling:-Cooking oil 3-4 tbs-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 Cup-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs-Beef qeema (Mince) 400g-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp-Soya (Dill) chopped 2 tbs-Cheddar cheese grated 1 Cup-Mozzarella cheese grated Cup-Cooking oil 1 tsp-Cooking oil for frying -Anday ki zardi (Egg Yolk) 1-Pakola Full Cream Milk 1-2 tbsDirections:Prepare Dough:-In a small jug,add milk,instant yeast,sugar & mix well,cover and let it rest for 4-5 minutes.-Add egg yolks,melted butte,whisk well & set aside.-In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,salt & mix well.-Gradually add yeast & egg mixture,mix well and knead until dough is formed.-If required,add water & knead dough again until smooth (4-5 minutes).-Grease with cooking oil,cover & let it proof for 1 hour (warm place).Prepare Beef & Cheese Filling:-In a frying pan,add cooking oil,onion & mix well.-Add garlic,mix well & saut until onions are translucent.-Add beef mince and mix well until it changes color.-Add salt,black pepper powder and mix well,cover & cook on medium flame medium flame for 8-10 minutes then cook on high flame until it dries up.-Add dill & mix well.-Let it cool.-Add cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese,mix well & set aside.-Knead dough again until smooth,grease hand with oil and knead dough again. -Sprinkle dry flour,take a small dough (60g of dough),make a ball,sprinkle dry flour & roll out with the help of rolling pin (roll it to approx. 6-inches).-Add prepared filling (3 tbs) into the center,apply water on the edges,lift up the dough,press the dough together to seal the filling inside then pinch & seal the edges (makes 12-14).-Cover with kitchen cloth & let them rest for 10 minutes.Option # 1: Fried Piroshki -In a wok,heat cooking oil (160C) & fry on medium flame from both sides until golden brown. Option # 2: Baked Piroshki -In egg yolk,add milk and whisk well.-On piroshki,apply with the help of the brush.-Bake in preheated oven at 200C for 20 minutes.-Serve with tomato ketchup or mayo garlic sauce!Recipe in Urdu:Directions:Prepare Dough:-Chotay jug mein doodh,khameer aur cheeni dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 4-5 minutes kliya rest dein.-Anday ki zardi aur melted makhan dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein & side per rakh dein.-Bowl mein maida aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.-Thora thora ker ka yeast & egg mixture dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein.-Agar zaroorat ho tou pani dal dein aur dough ko smooth hunay tak dubara ghond lein (4-5 minutes).-Cooking oil sa grease karein aur dhak ker 1 hour garam jagha per proof hunay kliya rakh dein.Prepare Beef & Cheese Filling:-Frying pan mein cooking oil aur pyaz dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.-Lehsan dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur pyaz ko translucent hunay tak saut ker lein.-Beef qeema dal dein aur rang tabdeel hunay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Namak aur kali mirch powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker darmiyani ancch per 8-10 minutes kliya paka lein phir tez ancch per sukh janay tak paka lein.-Soya dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.-Thanda ker lein.-Cheddar cheese aur mozzarella cheese dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein & side per rakh dein.-Dough ko smooth hunay tak dubara ghond lein,haatho ko oil sa grease karein aur dough ko dubara ghond lein.-Maida chirak dein,chota dough lein (60g of dough),ball bana lein aur rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein(roll it to approx. 6-inches).-Tayyar filling (3 tbs) dal dein,edges per pani laga lein aur dough ko lift ker ka press karein aur filling ko seal ker ka pinch & seal ker lein (makes 12-14).-Kitchen towel sa cover ker lein aur 10 minutes kliya rest dein.Option # 1: Fried Piroshki -Karahi mein cooking oil (160C) garam karein aur darmiyani ancch per dono sides sa golden brown ho janay tak fry ker lein.Option # 2: Baked Piroshki -Anday ki zardi mein doodh dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.-Piroshki per brush ki madad sa laga lein.-Preheated oven mein 200C per 20 minutes kliya bake ker lein (on both grills).-Tomato ketchup or mayo garlic sauce ka saath serve karein!
