ROTLA

Ingredients

1 cup pearl millet (bajra) flour
Salt to taste
Makhan to serve
Chopped jaggery to serve

Method

1. Take bajra flour in a large plate , salt , ¾ cup warm water and knead into soft dough.
2. Divide the dough into equal portion, apply water on a plams and roll into discs.
3. Heat a tawa, place the disc and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side, roast from both the side for a minute.
4. Serve hot.
