Crunchy and chocolaty in every bite. A must try !

ROSHER

Ingredients

1 cup almonds, blanched, peeled and sliced
2 tablespoons castor sugar
1 tablespoon orange liquor
½ cup melted milk chocolate

Method

1. Preheat oven to 180˚ C.
2. Mix together almonds, castor sugar and orange liquor in a bowl and spread the almond mixture on a baking tray.
3. Put the tray into the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove from oven and cool.
4. Roughly chop the baked almond mixture, add to the malted milk chocolate and mix well.
5. Line a tray with a parchment paper and put spoonful’s of the almond-chocolate mixture. Refrigerate for 5-10 minutes or till it sets.
6. Serve.
