This is a no churn ice cream recipe with condensed milk; no churn condensed milk ice cream.Ingredients:3 cups (750 mL) whipping / 35% cream1 can (300 mL) condensed milk3 Tbsp (45 mL) Cherry Liqueur3 cups (750 mL) frozen cherriesMethod:Preheat oven to 425FSpread the cherries on a roasting tray and roast for 15-20 minutes, or until they are caramelised.Whip the cream to almost stiff peaks.Whisk together the condensed milk, liqueur, and roasted cherries.Whisk the condensed milk mixture into the whipped cream.
