upma naturally made with upma rawa everywere but some times we have to think different so rice flour upma is also tastes good this is a dry version of cooking rice flour upma in telugu its called uppudu pindi.

Ingredients:

Mustard seeds 1/2 Teaspoons
Cumin seeds 1/2 Teaspoons
Urad daal 1/2 Teaspoons
Channa dal 1 Teaspoons
Peanuts 1 Tablespoons
Ginger chopped 1 Teaspoons
Green chilly 3 Numbers
Curry leaves 2 Springs
Onions 2 Numbers
Salt To Taste
Red chilly 3 Numbers
Water 1/2 Cup
Rice flour 1 Cup

Directions:
Take a bowl add rice flour, ghee mix it well and keep it aside. Heat oil in a pan add red chilly, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, Urad daal, channa dal, Peanuts, chopped ginger, chopped green chilly, curry leaves, onions, salt, water, once come to boil add rice flour, reduce the flame mix it like crumble
