Reuben Omelet Recipe
Ingredients for Thousand Island Dressing:
Mayonnaise 1 cup
Ketchup 2 Tbsp
Tabasco sauce 2 Tsp
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
Onion powder 1 tsp
Ingredients for Egg Mixture:
Eggs 3
Salt to taste
White pepper powder to taste
Red chili flakes to taste
K&N’s Pastrami strips (chopped) 8
Ingredients for Sautéed Veggies:
Oil 1 tbsp
Cabbage (shredded) 1/2 cup
Capsicum (julienne) 1/2 cup
Onion (julienne) 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Ingredients for Assembling:
K&N’s Pastrami Strips 4-5
K&N’s Pastrami strips (chopped) 8
Butter (for frying) 1 tbsp
Egg Mixture
Cheddar cheese slices (orange) 2-3
Thousand Island Dressing (to drizzle)
Fresh coriander (chopped) for garnish

Directions for Thousand Island Dressing:
In a bowl add mayonnaise, ketchup, black pepper, lemon juice, garlic, tabasco sauce, onion powder. Mix them well and keep aside.
Directions for Egg Mixture Preparation:
Take K&N’s Pastrami Strips and chop them, set aside.
In a bowl add eggs, salt, white pepper powder, red chili flakes, chopped K&N’s Pastrami Strips and beat until fluffy.
Directions for Sauteed Veggies Preparation:
In a pan, heat oil and add cabbage, capsicum and onion. Sauté them for 2-3 minutes. Now add salt, black pepper powder and lemon juice. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Set aside.
Directions for Assembling:
Heat butter on a pan and add the egg mixture evenly on the pan. Allow to cook for 2-3 mins. Once most of the uncooked egg on top is gone. Place K&N’s Pastrami Strips, cheese slices and sauteed veggies.
Flip one half of the omelet over the other half and allow to cook for 4-5 minutes on low flame.
Take of the flame and drizzle Thousand island dressing. Serve with mashed potatoes and your Reuben omelet is ready.
