Do try it and share your feedback with us in the comments below.Ingredients:For Premixes:1 tbsp Cashew Powder1½ tbsp Milk powder1 tbsp Sesame powder1 tsp Roasted Flour1 tbsp Onion powder1 tsp Garlic powder1 tbsp Red chilli powder½ tsp Turmeric powder2 tbsp Coriander powder1 tsp Mint powder½ tsp Amchoor powder1 tsp Garam Masala½ tsp Cardamom powder1 tsp Salt½ tsp Biryani Oil1 Cup Diluted CurdFor tempering:Oil1 Cinnamon stick1 Big Cardamom2 Small Cardamoms4 Cloves1 tsp Kasoori MethiGravy:½ Cup Tomato Puree300 grams Mix Vegetable & Paneer ( Carrot, french beans, cauliflower, peas)Premix mixtureFor BiryaniParboiled RiceFried OnionsBiryani MasalaTopping:Fried OnionsCashewMethod of preparation:For Premixes:In a bowl add cashew powder, milk powder, sesame powder, flour, mix well.Add onion powder, garlic powder, mix well.Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, mint powder, amchoor powder, garam masala and mix well.Add salt, biryani oil, mix well.Add the tempering to the premix and mix it.Add curd, and mix well.For tempering:Heat a vessel add oil, cinnamon stick, cardamom, cloves, kasoori methi and our tempering is ready.Gravy:In a saucepan, heat oil add tomato puree, mix vegetables and mix well.Add premix mixture to this and mix it together.Assembling:Take a bowl, layer it with rice, fried onions, gravy, repeat the procedure.
