Lemon & Herb Hummus:-In a blender jug,add chickpeas,yogurt,tahini paste,olive oil,lemon juice,cumin seeds,pink salt,garlic powder,green chilli,mint leaves,fresh coriander,fresh basil leaves & blend well its smooth (scrape sides in between). -In a serving dish,add green hummus,add black olives,pickled jalapenos,chickpeas,olive oil,garnish with mint leaves & serve with pita bread. Beetroot Hummus:-Blanched beetroot in boiling water for 4-5 minutes,strain & let it cool.-In a blender jug,add chickpeas,yogurt,tahini paste,olive oil,lemon juice,cumin seeds,pink salt,garlic powder,blanched beetroot & blend well its smooth (scrape sides in between). -In a serving dish,add beetroot hummus,beetroot,feta cheese,chickpeas,olive oil & serve with pita bread.
