Serves 3-4
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Olive oil 1-2 tbs
-Makhan (Butter) 2 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium
-Lehsan (Garlic) sliced 3 cloves
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed tsp
-Chicken cut in strips kg
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed tsp
-Namak (Salt) tsp or to taste
-Brown sugar tsp
-Dried oregano tsp
-Sundried tomatoes oil 1 tbs
-Dijon mustard 1 tbs
-Yakhni (Chicken stock) Cup or as required
-Olpers Dairy Cream 250ml
-Sundried tomatoes Cup
-Fresh parsley chopped 1 tbs
-Fresh basil leaves 5-6
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) julienne 1 medium
-Fettuccine pasta boiled as per packs instructions 400g substitute: Pasta of your choice
-Parmesan cheese
-Fresh parsley

Directions:
-On cast iron pan,add olive oil,butter and let it melt.
-Add onion and saut until translucent.
-Add garlic and mix well.
-Add red chilli crushed and mix well.
-Add chicken and mix well until it changes color.
-Add black pepper crushed,salt,brown sugar,dried oregano,mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
-Add sundried tomatoes oil,Dijon mustard,mix well and cook for a minute.
-Add chicken stock,mix well and bring it to boil.
-Turn off the flame,add cream and mix well,turn on the flame and cook for 1-2 minutes.
-Add sundried tomatoes and mix well.
-Add fresh parsley,fresh basil leaves and mix well,cover and cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
-Add capsicum and mix well.
-In a serving bowl,add boiled fettuccine pasta,cooked chicken with sauce,sprinkle parmesan cheese,fresh parsley & serve!

-Kali mirch crushed,namak,brown sugar aur dried oregano dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Sundried tomatoes aur Dijon mustard dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ek minute kliya paka lein.
-Yakhni dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay dein.
-Chulha bund ker dein aur cream dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein,chulha on karein aur 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Sundried tomatoes dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Fresh parsley aur fresh basil leaves dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Shimla mirch dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Serving bowl mein boiled fettucine pasta,cooked chicken with sauce dal dein aur upper sa parmesan cheese aur fresh parsley dal ker serve karein!
