Restaurant Style Chicken White Biryani recipe in signature #FoodFusion style using perfectly aromatic spices from #MehranFoods #HappyCookingToYouWritten Recipe: https://bit.ly/39X5S8XVisit Our Website: https://www.foodfusion.com Download iOS & Android app: https://www.foodfusion.com/app Facebook: https://facebook.com/foodfusionpk Instagram: https://instagram.com/foodfusionpk Twitter: https://twitter.com/foodfusionpk Also Follow @Healthy Fusion & @Food Fusion Kids for healthy food & kids special recipes.Restaurant Style Chicken White BiryaniServes 5-6Recipe in EnglishIngredients:-Pyaz (Onion) sliced 2 medium-Pyaz (Onion) fried 2 large-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 5-6-Adrak (Ginger) julienne 1.5 inch piece-Podina (Mint leaves) chopped Cup-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped Cup-Aloo bukhara (Dried plums) 8-10-Kary patta (Curry leaves) 12-15-Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 5-6-Darchini (Cinnamon stick) 1-Badiyan ka phool (Star anise) 6-7 blades -Jaifil (Nutmeg) piece-Laung (Cloves) tsp-Javitri (Mace) 2 blades -Water as required-Namak (Salt) 1 tbs or to taste-Sirka (Vinegar) 2 tbs-Chawal (Rice) sella 700g (soaked for 30 minutes) -Cooking oil 3-4 tbs -Chicken mix boti 800g-Lehsan paste (Garlic paste) 2 & tbs-Hari mirch (Green chilli) paste 3 tbs-Sabut kali mirch (Black peppercorns) tsp-Laung (Cloves) 4-5-Badiyan ka phool (Star anise) 1 -Badi elaichi (Black cardamom) 1-Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 2-3 -Tez patta (Bay leaves) 2-Darchini (Cinnamon stick) 1-Sabut lal mirch (Button red chillies) 5-6-Dahi (Yogurt) whisked Cup-Namak (Salt) 2 tsp or to taste-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 & tbs-Garam masala powder 1 tsp-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 & tsp-Chicken white qorma masala 1 & tbs-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tbs-Lemon juice 2 tbs-Dahi (Yogurt) whisked Cup-Kewra water 1 tbs-Ghee 2 tbsDirections:-In a bowl,add onion,fried onion,green chillies,ginger,mint leaves,fresh coriander,dried plums and curry leaves,mix well and set aside for later use.-In a spice mixer,add green cardamom,cinnamon stick,star anise,nutmeg,cloves and mace & grind coarsely & set aside for later use.-In a pot,add water & bring it to boil.-Add salt,vinegar and rice,mix well & boil until 3/4th done then strain & set aside.-In a pot,add cooking oil,chicken and mix well until it changes color.-Add garlic paste,mix well & cook for a minute.-Add green chilli paste,mix well & cook for a minute.-Add black peppercorns,cloves,star anise,black cardamom,green cardamom,bay leaves,cinnamon stick, button red chillies & mix well.-Add yogurt and salt,mix well & cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.-Add coriander powder,garam masala powder,black pepper powder,chicken white qorma masala,cumin powder & mix well for a minute. -Add lemon juice & mix well.-Add yogurt,kewra water,mix well & cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes. -Now add & spread prepared mixture,ground spices,boiled rice and ghee,cover & steam cook on low flame for 20-25 minutes.-Garnish with fried onion & serve!Recipe in Urdu:Tarkeeb:-Bowl mein pyaz,fried pyaz,hari mirchein,adrak,podina,hara dhania,aloo bukhara aur kary patta dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur bad mein use kernay kliya side per rakh dein.-Spice mixer mein hari elaichi,darchini,badiyan ka phool,jaifil,laung aur javitri dal dein aur coarsely grind ker ka bad mein use kernay kliya side per rakh dein.-Pot mein pani dal ker ubal lein.-Namak,sirka aur chawal dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 3/4th done hunay tak boil ker lein phir strain ker ka side per rakh dein.-Pot mein cooking oil aur chicken dal dein aur rang tabdeel hunay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Lehsan paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ek minute kliya paka lein.-Hari mirch paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ek minute kliya paka lein.-Sabut kali mirch,laung,badiyan ka phool,badi elaichi,hari elaichi,tez paat,darchini aur sabut lal mirch dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Dahi aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.-Dhania powder,garam masala powder,kali mirch powder,chicken white qorma masala aur zeera powder dal ker ek minute kliya ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.-Dahi aur kerwa water dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein.-Ab tayyar mixture dal ker pheela lein,ground spices,boiled chawal aur ghee dal ker dhak dein aur halki ancch per 20-25 minutes kliya steam cook ker lein.-Fried pyaz sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
