Reshmi Paratha - Stuffed Paratha Recipe

Ingredients:
½ kg Flour
3 medium sized boiled Potatoes
Salt to taste
2 tbsp Oil
Coriander leaves
½ cup of Milk
How to make:
1) Grate all the boiled Potatoes.
2) Add flour, oil, salt, coriander leaves and grated potatoes and mix it well.
3) Add Milk as required to make medium soft dough.
4) Take one portion of the dough and roll it as thin as much u can. Use dry flour (if required) while rolling.
5) Heat non-stick pan and cook on medium flame. When tiny bubbles start to rise flip the paratha and spread oil around it. Flip it again and cook until both sides are golden brown.
6) Repeat with the remaining dough.
7) Serve Hot.
