Use these beans in recipes like Burritos or serve it with Baked Tortilla Chips .Preparation Time: 15 minutes Cooking Time: 4 minutes Makes ¾ cupIngredients½ cup soaked and boiled and coarsely mashed rajma (kidney beans)2 tsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun)½ cup finely chopped onions1 cup finely chopped tomatoes¼ cup finely chopped capsicum ½ tsp chilli powder1 tsp roasted cumin seeds (jeera) powder1 tsp oilSalt to tasteMethod1. Heat the oil in broad non-stick pan, add the garlic and sauté on a medium flame for few seconds.2. Add the onions and sauté on a medium flame for 1 minute.3. Add the tomatoes and 2 tbsp water and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.4. Add the capsicum, rajma, chilli powder, cumin seeds powder, salt and 2 tbsp of water, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 minute, while stirring occasionally.5. Use as required.
