Recipe in Urdu:Ajza:-Saunf (Fennel seeds) ¼ Cup-Water hot 1 Cup-Kali kishmish (Black raisins) ¼ Cup-Water hot 1 Cup-Misri (Rock sugar) ¼ Cup or as required-Water 1 litre-Ice crushed as required-Lemon juice 2 tbsDirections:-Grinder mein saunf dal dein aur grind ker ka powder tayyar ker lein.-Bowl mein nikal lein aur garam pani dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein aur 1 hour kliya liya bheego dein.-Bowl mein kali kishmish aur garam pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1 hour liya bheego dein.-Mortal & pestle mein misri dal ker ache tarhan crush ker lein & side per rakh dein.-Blender jug mein strained kali kishmish,soaked saunf powder pani ka saath,crushed misri aur pani dal ker ache tarhan blend ker lein.-Bowl mein strainer aur malmal ka kapra rakh dein aur sharbat ko strain ker ka ache tarhan squeeze ker lein aur resides ko discard ker dein.-Jug mein crushed ice,saunf sharbat aur lemon juice dal ker stir ker lein & serve karein!
