Red Lentil Manti Recipe Mercimek Manti

Red lentil manti is a great alternative if you would like to avoid carbs but still want to have manti. We hope you enjoy this great recipe by Auntie Saniye.

INGREDIENTS:
Half a teaspoon of black pepper
Half a teaspoon of hot pepper flakes
Half a teaspoon of cumin
4 cloves of finely chopped garlic
A small bowl of strained yoghurt
1 finely chopped onion
2 dessertspoon of tomato paste
60g of finely chopped parsley
50g of finely chopped rocket salad
5 finely chopped spring onions
2 cups washed and drained of red lentils
2 cups of fine bulgur
4 cups of water
Some salt
50ml of cooking oil
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Some paprika powder
