Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Keri (Raw mangoes) 4 medium
-Water 2 & Cups
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
-Kala namak (Black salt) 1 tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) tsp
-Sugar 4-5 tbs or to taste
Assembling:
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar)
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder)
-Lemon
-Podina (Mint leaves) 3-4
-Adrak (Ginger) slices 2
-Prepared raw mango concentrate 2-3 tbs
-Ice cubes
-7up

Directions:
-Peel raw mangoes then cut into chunks & set aside.
-In a saucepan,add water,cumin powder,black salt,black pepper powder,sugar,raw mango chunks,mix well & bring it to boil,cover & cook on medium flame until tender (approx. 25-30 minutes).
-Turn off the flame and blend well with the help of hand blender & let it cool.
-Raw mango concentrate can be stored in an airtight container/jar for up to 2 weeks in refrigerator.
Assembling:
-On a plate,add caster sugar,red chilli powder and mix well.
-Apply lemon on the rim of serving glass & invert it on sugar & red chilli powder mixture.
-Add mint leaves,ginger & crush well with kitchen pounder.
-Add prepared raw mango puree,ice cubes,7up & stir.
-Garnish with raw mango slices & serve!

Ajza:

Directions:
-Keri ko peel ker ka chunks mein cut ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Saucepan mein pani,zeera powder,kala namak,kali mirch powder,cheeni aur keri ka chunks dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay ka bad dhak dein aur darmiyani ancch per gul janay tak paka lein ( ).
-Chulha bund ker dein aur hand blender ki madad sa ache tarhan blend karein & thanda ker lein.
-Raw mango concentrate airtight container/jar mein dal ker 2 weeks kliya refrigerator mein store ker saktay han.
Assembling:
-Plate mein bareek cheeni aur lal mirch crushed dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Serving glass ka rim per lemon laga lein aur glass ko cheeni & lal mirch powder ka mixture sa coat ker lein.
-Podina aur adrak dal ker kitchen pounder ki madad sa sache tarhan crush ker lein.
-Tayyar raw mango concentrate,ice cubes aur 7up dal ker stir ker lein.
-Keri ka slices sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
