The Recipe: Take 5 Valencia Oranges and 1 Sweet Honeydew. Cut the honeydew in half and de-seed it. Juice the oranges. Blend them all together in a blender and enjoy!

FYI Melons combine well with citrus. Make sure when you combine fruits that you match fruits with similar water content. Honeydew has an excellent essential fatty acid profile!
