Raw Food Recipe - Gourmet Raw Ice Cream!

Yep! Our adorable nieces are back with another amazingly fun raw food recipe video! These superstars got warmed up in the Pop-Pop Ice Cream Video and nowwe are making, as they would say Proper Raw Ice Cream, because its more like a creamy, smooth, delicious regular ice cream. Our daughter Oria also joins in the fun in the second half of this video!

Here is the Recipe:

3.5 cups of coconut water
3 small handfuls of almonds
1/4 cup agave
3 dates
- Blend and strain through a nut milk bag
- Put nut milk back in blender
1 cup coconut meat
1 cup of cashews or coconut butter
2 teaspoons of vanilla powder (or vanilla extract and chocolate extract)
3/4 more cups of agave
- Blend for long time
- Put in ice cream maker
