Ingredients:
1. 2 cups basmati rice -Soaked in water for 15 mins then cooked with whole garam masalas like 3-4 cardamom,3- 4 cloves,5-6 peppercons, 2 Cinnamon sticks
2. 500gms Chicken
3. 4 tbsp Cream
4. 1 tbsp Coriander powder
5. 1 tbsp Jeera/Caraway powder
6. 4 onions cut fine, fried till golden brown and then made into a paste
7. 1tsp ginger paste
8. 1 tsp garlic paste, can use crushed paste too
9. 1tbsp Biryani masala
10.2 tbsp Cashew powder
11.Salt as per taste
12. 1tbsp Home made Mixed masala
13. 1/2 cup green finely chopped corriender
14. 5 tbsp curd
15. 1 tbsp Mix Masala

Method:
1. To make Prep the Chicken: Take a big bowl, add the chicken,4 tbsp of cream, 1tbsp of coriander powder, 1tbsp of Caraway powder, 4 onion cut finely, fired and browned paste,1tsp ginger paste, 1 tsp garlic paste, 1tbsp Biryani masala, 2 tbsp Cashew powder, salt to taste, 1/2 cup green coriander, 5 tbsp curd. Mix all the ingredients well, marinate for 15 mins or use immediately.


Instructions:
Since we have added cream and curd we will not be using oil. We take a pan,put it on flame and heat it
Then we add the prep Chicken and cover it with a lid and cook for 15 mins or till the chicken is cooked.
Once the chicken is cooked, we take the blow of pre cooked rice and spread it evenly in a layer and loosely over the cooked chicken making sure that rice grains are intact and long grained and each grain is separate. Layer it with browned onions
Make little gaps in the rice to allow steam to cook the rice completely.
Cover the pan with the lid and cook for 10 mins allowing the rice and the chicken to cook in the steam.
Open the lid after 10 mins and the Biryani is ready to serve.
