Ramadan Iftar 3: Turkish Kofte Soup & One Bowl Easy Revani Dessert & More

New Turkish Dinner / Iftar menu with two new recipes. The first one is a light dessert that you can put the ingredients together in two minutes and has a milk syrup that doesn't require boiling. So easy and delicious.
The second one, Traditional Turkish "Ekili Kfte." It is easy to make a one-pot dish, with the meatballs, vegetables, and yogurt lemon sauce packed in flavor and full of vitamins.

Ingredients For "Ekili Kfte"
For two batch of kofte (I shape and freeze half of it to use another time)
500gr. ground beef
1 big size onion
6 tbsp rice (use small broken rice or regular, both fine)
1 tsp salt and pepper
1 egg
flour to sprinkle while shaping
While making the Dish:
1 heaped tbsp butter
3-4 tbsp olive oil
3 medium-size potato and carrots
1 liter or more hot boiled water
For the "Terbiye" Sauce:
!/2 cup yogurt
1 tbsp flour
juice of a half lemon or more if you like it sourer
chopped parsley to garnish

"Stl Revani" / 3 Kak Tatls (Revani With Milk Syrup / 3 spoon dessert)
(use the amount heaped for tbsp)
2 eggs
3 tbsp heaped sugar
3 tbsp heaped semolina
3 tbsp heaped milk
3 tbsp heaped vegetable oil
3 tbsp heaped flour
1 tsp baking powder
For the "erbet" syrup:
1 cup sugar
2 cups milk
unsweetened coconut flakes to garnish
