Ingredients:
1 ltr Toned Milk
2 tbsp Vinegar & Water mixed
1 tbsp Semolina
1 tbsp Cashews (crushed)
Pinch of Saffron
8 Cups Water
1 Cup Sugar
Edible Food Color
Concentrated Sugar Syrup
3 cup Water
1 cup Sugar
Saffron Strands
Edible Food Color


Method:
First, Put some Toned/Buffalo milk to heat, After some time lower the flame and add Vinegar with water mix together.
Gently stir the pan for few moments and then switch off the flame.Add the same to the muslin cloth, do not forget to wash it to eliminate the acid.
After this collect the sides of muslin cloth and press it hard to remove the water, then rest it for 15 minutes.
Knead further for 5 more minutes or until a soft dough is formed also add some Semolina to the mix. Pinch a small ball sized ball to mix in Nuts.
Add Cashews & Pinch of Saffron afterwards kneed them well, then divide it into three portion same with the dough divided it with three. Place nut balls in Dough and get the edges together, and make a round ball without any cracks. keep aside.
Now put water and Sugar into the pressure cooker, add in Edible Food Color after turning the flame to high. Now transfer the raj bhog into the cooker.
Sugar syrup recipe:
firstly, in a deep vessel take 1 cup of sugar.
furthermore, add 8 cups of water and 2 tbsp saffron.
boil the syrup for 10 minutes on medium flame. After that, drop the prepared paneer balls into boiling sugar syrup. Cover and boil for 15 minutes. the paneer balls will have doubled in size. Furthermore, keep aside till it cools completely and then refrigerate. Finally, serve Rajbhog.
