Roast it and grind it. Keep it separately.• Mashed Potatoes 2-3• Add 1 TSP Masala Mix• Add 1 TSP fennel seeds powder• Add ½ TSP Cumin seeds Powder• Add ½ TSP Turmeric Powder• Add salt to taste• Add coriander leaves• Add 2 TSP Amchur Powder• Add Hing/Asafoetida ¼ TSP• Mix it nicely• With a knife slit each chili from one side. Remove the seeds and the pith.• Stuff the potato mixture very well in the green chilies.• Prepare a Besan batter• Add salt in besan batter • Add Amchur powder 1 TSP• Add 1 TSP fennel seeds powder mix• Add ½ TSP Turmeric powder• Add 1 TSP Masala Mix• Add Baking soda ¼ TSP• Mix it nicely • Heat the oil for deep fry• Dip the stuffed chilli into the batter.• Coat it very well with the batter• Deep fry • Serve hot=================================================please like & subscribe and comment what you like and what you didnt like.
