Mix everything and make a soft dough.- Make flat balls of the dough.- Shallow fry the patties on both the sides.To make Ragda- In a pan heat some oil.- Add ginger garlic crush, chopped onion, turmeric powder & salt. Mix everything well.- Add cumin seed powder, coriander seed powder & red chilli powder. Saute everything well.- Add white peas & water.- Let the ragda simmer for sometime.- Serve Ragda Patties garnished with chutneys.
