Quick Fried Rice | Fried Rice Using Leftover Rice | With or Without Egg | Kashmiri Tadka Twist

Making a quick fried rice is a great way to make use of your leftover rice is to convert it into tempting presentable fried rice with minimum ingredients which maybe sitting in your fridge. Fried Rice is usually made from steamed rice stir fried in a wok, often with other ingredients like vegetables, eggs and meat. As a home cooked dish, fried rice is typically made with leftover rice and other ingredients leading to countless variations. It is often eaten by itself or as an accompaniment to another dish.
We have present in this video the quickest way of making fried rice at home with whatever veggies you've got in the fridge.

Ingredients::

1. Leftover steamed rice - 1 plate (Serves 3-4 people)
2. Onion - 1 small (Finely Chopped)
3. Veggie mix (peas, corn, beans etc) - 2 cups (Any vegetables of your choice)
4. Cauliflower - 1 Cup
5. Mushrooms - 2-3 (finely sliced)
6. Oil - 5-6 tbsp
7. Black Pepper Powder - 1-2 tsp
8. Soy Sauce - 4-5 tbsp
9. Salt- 2-3 tsp or as per taste
10. Chilli Sauce (Siracha) - 1/2 tbsp
11. Eggs - 2-3
12. Ginger - 1 inch piece - chopped very finely
13. Garlic - 2-3 cloves - chopped very finely


Method:

1. Heat oil in a Wok on medium flame
2. Add chopped ginger and garlic
3. When garlic burns a bit, add onions
4. After 2 mins add, cauliflower and fry for 2-3 mins
5. Add Veggie mix and fry for another 2 mins
6. Add Salt (1 tsp) and black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
7. Now add Soy Sauce - 2 tbsp and cook for 2 -3 mins
8. Take veggies to one side and add oil
9. Crack 2-3 eggs and cook well and then mix with veggies (vegetarians can skip the egg step)
10.Add finely sliced mushrooms (Mushrooms tends to emit water so we add these at the last)
11.Add the left over rice and sprinkle some salt (1/2 tsp or as per taste) and soy sauce (1-2 tbsp) and mix everything well.
12. Cook on high heat fro about 2-3 mins
13. Lower the heat to medium and keep string
14. Add Chilli Sauce
15. Cook for 3-4 mins

Fried Rice is Ready!!
