Better than your fav resturant makes. Don't believe? Try yourself Ingredients:1. Fish Fillets (Fish of your choice) - 4 pcsFor the Batter:2. Besan (Gram Flour) – 1/3 cup3. Chawal Ka Atta (Rice Flour) 1/3 cup4. Maida (All Purpose Flour) 1/3 cup5. Onion Powder - 1 tbsp6. Garlic Powder - 1/2 tbsp7. Saunf Powder (Fennel Seed Pdr) - 1/2 tsp8. Salt - 1 1/2 tsp or As Per Taste9. Dry Basil leaves - 1/2 tsp10.Haldi (Turmeric Pdr) - 1/2 tsp11.Lal Mirch (Red Chilli powder)12. water - As neededMethod:1. Take the fish fillets and cut these into small sticks like pieces and keep aside.2. In a bowl add all the above ingredients and mix well.3. Add water to it to make a thick batter paste of desired consistency (Note: We like it bit thick as it soaks up less oil while frying).4. Add the fish pieces to the batter and coat them generously.5. Heat oil in a pan and fry the batter coated fish pieces.6. Keep turning so that they don't stick.7. Fry until the fritters/pakoras are crispy and red in color.8. Dish out and serve with any dip of your choice.Dip Recipe: Ingredients:1. Mayonnaise - 1 tbsp2. Mint Chutney - 1/2 tsp3. Hot Sauce - 1/2 tsp4.
