Henghua or Hinghwa or Henghwa or Xinghua are Han Chinese people from Putian which is a part of the Fujian province in China. In Singapore, Heng hua food is gaining popularity because their food is simple yet super delicious. Hope you will enjoy this super easy to cook Heng Hua Lor Mee. Super super easy. Try it!

Ingredients:
Serves 2 pax

50g of pork belly - sliced thinly
2 pieces of dried mushrooms - sliced thinly
2 cloves of chopped garlic
1L of water
1 teaspoon of chicken stock powder
20 pieces of clams
8 pieces of prawns - deshelled & deveined
2 pieces of dried Chinese noodles
Some leafy greens
1.5 teaspoons of sugar
1.5 teaspoon of salt
A few dashes of white pepper
1 teaspoon of sesame oil
Some cornstarch solution
Add light soy sauce to taste
