Quick and Easy Tsukemono ★Tsubo Dzuke★ Japanese Daikon Pickles (EP239) | Kitchen Princess Bamboo

Today I want to share with you quick ad easy daikon pickles.

Sundry removes the bitterness of daikon, and makes crunchy texture.

It's an authentic Tsukemono recipe from my father's birthplace.
Goes very good with hot steamed rice! So addictive!

300g Daikon
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons Mirin
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 chili
1 piece kombu keop
