Quick and easy Greek Lettuce Wraps! There's sooo much flavor in this one

Ingredients:
Chicken breast
Romaine
@MinuteRiceUS Jasmine Rice
Chopped cucumber
Chopped onion
Diced tomato
Primal Kitchen Greek Dressing

Cube and cook chicken breast in a pan with olive oil and top with salt and pepper. Pull apart romaine leaves and set them in a meal prep container. After you cook the Minute Rice Ready to Serve cups in the microwave, add it to the lettuce boats and begin to top with cucumber, onion, tomato, and then drizzle on the Primal Kitchen dressing. Top with chicken cubes, and enjoy! This meal takes about 20 minutes from start to finish.
