Quick and Easy Carrot Chutney For Idly, Vada, Dosa & Rice | Tasty and Healthy Side Dish | Telugu | Hyderabadi Ruchulu

METHOD FOR MAKING CARROT CHUTNEY :
Grate carrots and add them to a mixing bowl. To the mixing bowl add, 2 teaspoons chilli powder, 2 teaspoons salt, 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds powder, 1/4 teaspoon fenugreek seeds powder and mix. Add 2 tablespoons lemon juice and mix. Check the taste and add chilli powder or salt if necessary. For tempering: Grind 7-8 garlic cloves as shown. Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a pan. Add 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds, 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds, pieces of 4 dried chillies and fry. Add grinded garlic cloves and mix. Add curry leaves and mix. Add 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder. Add this tempering to the previously prepared carrot mixture and mix.
